摘  要:新质生产力是优化职业教育人才培养模式的新动能。新质生产力视域下,知识型、技能型与创新型劳动者成为新型劳动主体,数据、算法和算力形成新型劳动资料,新物质材料与虚拟材料构成新的劳动对象。如何顺应新质生产力发展需求培养新质人才,是职业教育人才培养亟须关注的问题。在分析新质生产力对技术技能人才新需求和新挑战的基础上,建议引导职业教育以新兴产业发展为依据,提升培养目标的前瞻性;以综合职业能力为核心,加强培养内容的协调性;以数字技术迭代为遵循,增强培养方式的适应性。New productive force is a new driving force for optimizing the talent cultivation mode of vocational education.Under the perspective of new productive force,knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers have become new labor subjects.Data,algorithms,and computing power have formed new types of labor materials,while new materials and virtual materials have constituted new labor objects.How to cultivate new-quality talents in line with the development needs of new productive force is an issue that requires urgent attention in vocational education talent cultivation.On the basis of analyzing the new demands and challenges of new productive force for technical and skilled talents,it is recommended to guide vocational education to be based on the development of emerging industries and improve the forward-looking nature of training goals;strengthen the coordination of training content with comprehensive professional abilities as the core;adhere to the iteration of digital technology and enhance the adaptability of training methods.
