摘  要:课程思政是近几年高等教育理论研究和教学实践的热点。有机化学是食品科学、食品营养与检测教育、生物工程、化学工程与工艺专业的必修基础课,是课程思政教育融入专业教学的重要领域。文章根据有机化学课程的特点,从教学内容中挖掘思政元素,将思政元素融入到线上、线下的混合教学中,实现思政育人的教学目标。Ideological and political education in courses has been a hot topic in theoretical research and teaching practice of higher education in recent years.Organic chemistry is a compulsory basic course for majors in food science,food nutrition and testing education,biological engineering,chemical engineering and technology,and it is an important area for integrating ideological and political education into professional teaching.Based on the characteristics of the organic chemistry course,this paper excavates ideological and political elements from the teaching content and integrates them into the blended online and offline teaching,thereby achieving the teaching goal of ideological and political education.
