摘　　要：文章聚焦于高职院校石油钻井技术专业的人才培养模式,旨在探讨与实践产教结合与课程实训深度融合的教学方案。通过分析该专业的发展趋势和当前人才培养现状,明确了产学研用密切结合的培养策略在专业教育中的重要性。构建了与现代石油钻井技术对接的课程体系,引入实践教学案例,强化学生实际操作能力和解决实际问题的技能。通过对选定教学案例的实施与效果评估,得出行业需求导向型教学方法能有效提升人才培养质量的结论。This paper focuses on the personnel training mode of petroleum drilling technology major in higher vocational colleges,aiming to explore the teaching scheme that combines production and teaching with practice and practical training.Through the analysis of the development trend of the specialty and the current situation of talent training,the importance of the training strategy of closely combining production,university and research in the specialty education is clarif ied.The curriculum system connecting with modern oil drilling technology is built,and practical teaching cases are introduced to strengthen students’practical operation ability and problem-solving skills.Through the implementation and effect evaluation of the selected teaching cases,it is concluded that the industry demand-oriented teaching method can effectively improve the quality of talent training.
