摘 要:基于智能材料的航空航天柔性结构主动变形控制技术,可以有效提升形面精度、控制性能和任务适应性。然而,变形控制过程易产生非期望的瞬态动力学响应和残余振动现象,严重降低控制效果。以压电驱动的抛物线型天线反射器为例,设计了基于传统有限时间最优终端控制算法的动态变形控制律,分析了终端时刻出现输入跳变和残余振动现象的原因,并针对性提出一种基于加速度性能指标和双段优化策略的最优动态变形控制策略和求解算法。结果表明,采用基于加速度的二次型性能指标,可有效保证终端时刻的动态平衡,在实现平滑的状态转移前提下有效避免了输入跳变和残余振动现象,实现整个时间域内连续、平滑变形效果。The active deformation control technique for aerospace flexible structures based on smart materials has been proven effective in improving surface accuracy,control performance,and task adaptability.However,the deformation control process can generate unexpected transient dynamic responses and residual vibration phenomena,which severely degrade the control effectiveness.Taking the parabolic antenna reflector driven by piezoelectric actuators as an example,a dynamic deformation control law based on the traditional finite-time optimal terminal control algorithm is designed.The research analyzes the reasons for generating input jumps and residual vibration phenomena at the terminal moment and proposes an optimal dynamic deformation control strategy and solution algorithm based on the acceleration performance index and two-stage optimization strategy.The results show that the use of a quadratic objective function based on acceleration can effectively ensure dynamic balance at the terminal moment and avoid input jumps and residual vibration phenomena under the premise of achieving smooth state transition,thus achieving continuous and smooth deformation effect throughout the entire time domain.
