摘 要:从概念上辨析和廓清学科德育与课程思政的内涵及要旨,正确理解和把握二者间的关系,既是统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设的观念前提和内在要求,也是提升新时代学校立德树人工作整体成效的必然诉求。二者的内在关联主要表现在终极旨归上的同一性、理论基础上的相通性和育人优势上的共同性等方面,二者的分殊边界集中反映在学科归属、适用学段、内容侧重和政治要求等维度。在构建合力育人机制的新形势下,实现学科德育与课程思政的纵向衔接和一体化建设,需要遵循整体性与层次性相统一、普遍性与特殊性相统一以及主导性与反复性相统一的基本原则。Conceptually analyzing and clarifying the connotation and essence of subject moral education and curriculum ideological and political education,and correctly understanding and grasping the relationship between the two are not only the conceptual premise and internal requirements for promoting the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools,but also the inevitable demand for improving the overall effectiveness of the work of establishing morality and cultivating people in schools in the new era.The intrinsic connection between the two is mainly reflected in the congruence of the ultimate goal,the connectivity of the theoretical basis,and the commonality of the educational advantages.The difference between the two is concentrated in the dimensions of subject affiliation,applicable stage of study,content emphasis,and political requirements.Under the new situation of building a joint education mechanism,the vertical connection and integrated construction of subject moral education and curriculum ideological and political education need to follow the basic principles of unity of integrity and hierarchy,unity of universality and particularity,and unity of dominance and repetitiveness.
