摘 要:教师教育一体化是教师终身教育的应然状态,但当前却存在理论体系不完善、体制机制不健全、课程建构未完成、师资力量未足配、评价效能被忽视等问题。微认证作为蕴含终身教育理念的新兴能力认证方式,在价值逻辑上具有与时代教育理念相契合的优势,在目标逻辑上指向构建教师专业发展终身评价体系,在实践逻辑上基于数字评价的创新推动教师教育一体化。微认证赋能教师教育一体化的实践框架由微认证评价数据源层、微认证服务平台层、教师专业认证组织结构层和教师教育一体化场景层构成,整体运行表现为基于数字技术支持汇集教师能力佐证,学习者、托管机构、发行者、认可者、政府主管部门“五维”主体在信息共享支持下共同管理,实现微认证串联的教师终身教育多维协同发展。此外,在推动微认证赋能教师教育一体化的进程中,还应加强理论研究,强化顶层设计,注重数据治理,开发优质课程,坚持以评促学。The integration of teacher education is the proper state of teachers'lifelong education.At present,the integration of teacher education in China has some problems,such as imperfect theoretical systems,imperfect institutional mechanism,incomplete curriculum construction,inadequate allocation of teachers,and neglected evaluation effectiveness.As an emerging method of ability certification containing the concept of lifelong education,micro-certification has the characteristics and advantages in line with the education concept of The Times in value logic.It points to the construction of lifelong evaluation system for teacher professional development in goal logic,and promotes the integration of teacher education based on digital evaluation innovation in practical logic.Microcertification can assign the integration of teacher education practice framework by the micro certification evaluation data source layer,micro certification service platform layer,teachers professional certification organization structure layer,the integration of teacher education scenario layer,and the overall operation performance is based on digital technical support to gather teachers'ability evidence,and the"five-dimensional"subjects of learners,custodian institutions,issuers,accreditors,competent government departments under the information sharing support management implementation,realizing teachers'life-long education multidimensional collaborative development through micro-certification series.In addition,in promoting the integration of micro-certification-enabled teacher education,we should also strengthen theoretical research,strengthen top-level design,pay attention to data governance,develop high-quality courses,and adhere to promoting learning through evaluation.
