摘　　要：讨论了Sylvester惯性定理在求解无界自伴算子谱问题中的一些应用,并罗列了在泛函分析算子谱理论教学中有意义的实例。This paper investigated some applications of Sylvester’s Law of Inertia in solving spectral problems ofunbounded and self-adjoint operators, and some examples were also presented in teaching the spectrum theoryof functional analysis.
