摘 要:挖掘机作为使用广泛的工程机械,存在动臂势能浪费大的问题,本文提出一种新型势能回收与再利用系统,该结构主要利用低压、中压、高压蓄能器进行重力势能回收与再利用。首先,分析其工作原理,建立挖掘机动臂液压缸和低压、中压、高压蓄能器能量数学模型,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立动臂重力势能回收与再利用系统模型。结果表明:该能量回收系统经过一个工作循环后,新系统能量回收率达42.85%以上,其中高压蓄能器能量回收率可达到61.81%,能够缓解挖掘机动臂工作过程中重力势能浪费的问题。In response to the significant waste of potential energy in excavator boom,a graded potential energy recovery system is proposed.This innovative system incorporates low,moderate,and high-pressure storage units to recover energy at various stages.The operational theory of the system is examined,followed by the development of mathematical models for both the boom cylinder and the energy storage units.Subsequently,a system model for the graded potential energy recovery of the boom is developed using MATLAB/SIMULINK.Simulation results demonstrate that the energy recovery efficiency of the boom cylinder system remains above 42.85%after one working cycle,with the high-pressure accumulator achieving an energy recovery efficiency of up to 61.81%.This effectively resolves the issue of significant energy waste during the operation of the excavator boom.
