协同理论视域下高职“思创融合”育人生态系统构建

摘　　要：“思创融合”将思想政治教育与创新创业教育有机结合,有助于培养具备创新精神和实践能力的高素质技术技能型人才。目前,高职教育在“思创融合”教育实践中存在理念不统一、教育内容不完善、课程体系设计科学性欠缺、师资队伍薄弱,以及实践平台缺乏等问题。为有效应对这些挑战,文章提出在协同理论的框架下,构建一个开放、协同、共享的育人生态系统,以强化教育要素间的互动和优势互补。“思创融合”育人生态系统通过思政课程体系、课程思政体系、综合育人体系,构建一个以“政教文践赛”为手段的育人生态系统。该研究有助于培育德才兼备、勇于创新、善于创业的高素质人才。The“integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education”combines ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,which helps to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.At present,there are some problems in the practice of“integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education”in higher vocational education,such as the disunity of ideas,the imperfection of educational content,the lack of scientific design of curriculum system,the weakness of teaching staff and the lack of practice platform.In order to effectively deal with these challenges,the paper proposes to build an open,collaborative and shared education ecosystem under the framework of the synergy theory,so as to strengthen the interaction and complementarity of educational elements.Through the ideological and political curriculum system,the curriculum ideology and politics system,and the comprehensive educational system,a educational ecosystem with the means of“politics,education,culture,practice and competition”is constructed.The research is helpful to cultivate high-quality talents who have both morality and ability,are brave in innovation and good at entrepreneurship.
