摘  要:为了探究湖南不同草地类植被的营养成分含量特征,并对其营养价值进行科学评价,以4种不同草地类植被为研究对象,测定植物干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物等营养成分含量,并运用灰色关联度法进行综合评价。结果表明:各草地类的干物质含量为26.44%~30.38%,粗蛋白含量为9.31%~12.03%,粗脂肪含量为1.88%~2.71%,粗纤维含量为29.00%~33.00%,粗灰分含量为10.28%~10.89%,无氮浸出物含量为43.15%~46.37%,山地草甸的干物质含量(30.38%)最高,低地草甸的粗蛋白含量(12.03%)最高,热性灌草丛的粗脂肪和无氮浸出物含量(2.71%和46.37%)最高,粗纤维含量(29.00%)最低,暖性灌草丛的粗灰分含量(10.28%)最低。各草地类的营养价值大小排序为:热性灌草丛>低地草甸>山地草甸>暖性灌草丛。In order to explore the characteristics of nutrient content of vegetation of different grassland types in Hunan and to evaluate the nutrient value scientifically,this research measured the contents of plant dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,crude fiber,crude ash,nitrogen free extract of vegetation from four different grassland class.The grey relational analysis was conducted for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the dry matter content of all grassland class was between 26.44%~30.38%,the crude protein content was between 9.31%~12.03%,the ether extract content was between 1.88%~2.71%,the crude fiber content was between 29.00%~33.00%,the Ash content was between 10.28%~10.89%,and the nitrogen free extract content was between 43.15%~46.37%.The dry matter content(30.38%)was the highest in mountain meadows.The crude protein content(12.03%)was the highest in lowland meadows.The ether extract and nitrogen free extract contents(2.71%and 46.37%)were the highest in tropical shrubland,whereas the crude fiber content(29.00%)was the lowest.The Ash content(10.28%)was the lowest in warm shrubs.The trend of nutritional value of different grassland class was tropical shrubland>lowland meadow>mountain meadow>warm shrubland.
