摘  要:针对纵向冲动对大轴重内燃机车曲线紧急制动时安全性问题,建立33 t轴重内燃机车牵引3万t重载列车(2+2+0)的纵向动力学模型和包含钩缓系统的短编组(机车+机车+虚拟车体)车辆动力学模型,采用列车模型对紧急制动工况下的列车纵向冲动进行分析,基于列车纵向冲动和短编组模型分析纵向冲动对机车曲线安全性的影响。研究结果表明:列车纵向冲动会进一步加大机车曲线紧急制动时的轮轴横向力、脱轨系数等,对机车曲线运行造成不利影响,考虑压钩力1 500 kN比不考虑纵向冲动时的脱轨系数、轮轴横向力分别增大1.8%、12%;曲线半径减小、下坡道坡度越大会进一步加大不利影响;列车制动初速度越大,产生的纵向冲动有所减小,但由于轮对横移量增大,导致曲线车轮脱轨系数增大。Aiming at the safety problem that may be caused by longitudinal impulse during emergency braking of large axle load diesel locomotive running on curved sections,a longitudinal dynamics model of 33 t axle load diesel locomotive towing 30000 t heavy load train(2+2+0)and a vehicle dynamics model of short formation(locomotive+locomotive+virtual car body)including coupler and draft gear system were established.The longitudinal impulse of the train under emergency braking condition was analyzed by the train model.The influence of longitudinal impulse on the safety of the locomotive running on curved sections was analyzed based on longitudinal impulse and short formation model.The results show that the longitudinal impulse of the train will further increase the lateral force of axle and derailment coefficient of the locomotive during emergency braking,which will have an adverse effect on the locomotive operation on curved sections.The derailment coefficient and axle lateral force increase by 1.8%and 12%when the coupler force is considered as 1500 kN compared with the situation when the longitudinal impulse is not considered.The smaller the radius of the curve and the larger the slope of the downhill slope,the greater the adverse effects.The higher the initial braking speed,the lower the longitudinal impulse.However,the higher the transverse movement of the wheelset,the higher the derailment coefficient of the wheels on the curved section.
