摘  要:新文科背景下,法学课程资源建设应当打破法学各部门法之间的壁垒,注重法学学科与其他学科的交叉融合,秉持思政育人,传承中华优秀传统法律文化,开放、共享课程资源,关注前沿问题,侧重培养实践能力。就《民事诉讼法》课程资源建设目标不够清晰、建设内容不够全面、建设方式不够创新、建设评价不够健全的问题,应当明确课程资源建设目标,从提升师资水平、提高教材质量、贯彻案例教学、整合实践资源等方面优化课程资源建设内容,通过多方主体参与、提升信息化水平,创新课程资源建设方式,同时完善课程资源质量评价体系,评估建设实效。In the context of new liberal arts education,the construction of law course resources should break down the barriers between different branches of law,emphasize the cross-integration of law with other disciplines,uphold ideological and political education,transmit China's excellent traditional legal culture,open up and share course resources,focus on frontier issues,and prioritize the cultivation of practical abilities.Regarding the issues of unclear construction goals,incomplete construction content,uninnovative construction methods,and inadequate evaluation systems in the construction of the"Civil Procedure Law"course,it is necessary to clarify the objectives of course resource construction,optimize the content of course resource construction by enhancing the quality of teachers,improving textbook quality,implementing case-based teaching,and integrating practical resources.Additionally,innovative approaches to course resource construction should be adopted through multi-party participation and the enhancement of informatization levels.Meanwhile,the quality evaluation system for course resources should be improved to assess the effectiveness of the construction.
