摘　　要：随着我国经济的持续发展和社会进步,人民对健康的需求日益增长。我国提出健康中国战略,当前医疗环境需要具备专业技能、创新精神和人文关怀的高素质医学人才,以应对复杂的医疗健康问题。文章简要介绍研究背景,分析一流医学本科生培养特点,阐述当前的医学本科生培养现状,针对这些挑战,提出设立精英教育目标、合理控制生源、进一步优化教学方法等策略。重点针对医学本科生培养模式的构建策略提出建议。在实施过程中,强调设立明确的人才培养目标,通过科学规划提升教育工作的系统性和连续性;严格控制生源质量,确保医学人才的优质输入,进一步提升医学本科生的培养效果,结合教育部门、医学院校、教师学生以及社会各界的共同努力,才能为健康中国战略的实施提供坚实的人才保障。With the continuous development of the Chinese economy and social progress,the demand for health among the people is increasing day by day.China has proposed the"Healthy China"strategy,and the current medical environment requires high-quality medical talents with professional skills,innovative spirit,and humanistic care to address complex medical and health issues.In this discussion,the background was introduced,the characteristics of cultivating first-class medical undergraduate students were analyzed,the current status of medical undergraduate student training was elaborated,and strategies such as setting elite education goals,reasonably controlling student sources,and further optimizing teaching methods were proposed to address these challenges.Suggestions were put forward for the construction strategy of the training mode for medical undergraduate students.In the implementation process,it is emphasized to establish clear talent training objectives and enhance the systematic and continuous nature of educational work through scientific planning.Strictly controlling the quality of student sources,ensuring high-quality input of medical talents,and further improving the training effectiveness of medical undergraduate students,combined with the joint efforts of education departments,medical colleges,teachers and students,and various sectors of society,can provide a solid talent guarantee for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
