摘 要:目的探讨基于艾宾浩斯记忆与遗忘曲线理论的教学模式在N0~N1级产科护士培训中的价值。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月南京医科大学附属妇产医院/南京市妇幼保健院产科的152名N0~N1级护士为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组76名。对照组采用常规培训模式,观察组采用基于艾宾浩斯记忆与遗忘曲线理论的教学模式。比较2组产科护士培训前后的理论知识、实践操作考核成绩以及产科护士的教学满意度。结果观察组N0级、N1级产科护士培训后的理论知识成绩分别为(91.15±4.36)分、(94.25±5.16)分,均高于对照组的(85.21±4.62)分、(86.85±5.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组N0级、N1级产科护士培训后的实践操作考核成绩分别为(85.56±5.36)分,(90.22±5.01)分,均高于对照组的(77.85±4.95)分、(82.41±4.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组产科护士的教学总满意率为94.74%,高于对照组的82.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于艾宾浩斯记忆与遗忘曲线理论的教学模式在N0~N1级产科护士培训中取得了满意的效果,能够提高护士的理论知识与实践操作水平,同时提高护士对教学工作的满意度。Objective To explore the value of teaching model based on the theory of Ebbinghaus memory and forgetting curve in N0-N1 grade obstetric nurses training.Methods A total of 152 nurses at grade N0-N1 in the department of obstetrics of Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University/Nanjing Women and Children's Healthcare Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random number table method,with 76 nurses in each group.The control group adopted the conventional training mode,and the observation group adopted the teaching mode based on the theory of Ebbinghaus memory and forgetting curve.The theoretical knowledge,practical performance before and after training and teaching satisfaction of obstetric nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge scores of grade N0 and N1 obstetric nurses in the observation group after training were(91.15±4.36)points and(94.25±5.16)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(85.21±4.62)points and(86.85±5.04)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The practical operation assessment scores of grade N0 and N1 obstetric nurses in the observation group after training were(85.56±5.36)points and(90.22±5.01)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(77.85±4.95)points and(82.41±4.89)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of obstetric nurses in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 82.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model based on the theory of Ebbinghaus memory and forgetting curve has achieved satisfactory results in the training of obstetrics nurses at grade N0-N1,which can improve nurses'theoretical knowledge and practical operation level,while also increasing their satisfaction with teaching work.
