摘  要:随着现代医学的发展和医学模式的转变,临床医学对检验专业的需求也呈现日益增高的趋势,对检验人员的综合能力也提出了更高的要求。为了培养能够符合临床实际需求的检验医师,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院检验科生化组将ISO(International Organization for Standardization)15189质量管理体系纳入检验住院医师规范化培训中,明确管理要素和技术要素内涵,并从临床检验实际出发阐述检验前、中、后的质量保证体系,以及在教学方面和科研方面如何将ISO15189质量管理体系和检验住院医师规范化培训进行融合,为检验人才的培养提供了全面、系统的机制,对提高检验医师的岗位胜任力起到促进作用,也为检验医学专业将来的发展打下了坚实的基础。With the development of medicine and the transformation of modern medical models,clinical medicine is increasingly dependent on laboratory medicine,which also puts forward high requirements for the comprehensive ability of laboratory physicians.In order to cultivate laboratory physicians who meet actual needs of clinical practice,the biochemical laboratory group of Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has incorporated the ISO(International Organization for Standardization)15189 quality management system into the standardized residency training of laboratory physicians.This article elaborates on the quality assurance system of clinical testing,as well as how to integrate the ISO15189 quality management system with the standardized residency training of laboratory physicians in teaching and scientific research,which plays a promoting role in improving the post competence of laboratory physicians and provides a solid foundation for the future development of laboratory medicine.
