摘　　要：全科医生是社区居民健康的“守门人”,在基本医疗卫生服务中发挥着重要作用,其数量和质量直接决定着我国卫生服务提供的质量和效果。如何培养高水平、高素质的全科医生,是目前中国医疗教育的瓶颈和难题。全科住院医师规范化培训的建立,是全科医学人才培养的重大举措,旨在帮助全科医生建立更加完善的医学知识体系、规范化的医学行为准则,培养医生自我学习、自我管理和自我提升意识,为基层卫生医疗服务培养更加优秀的人才。文章从全科住培医生的职业素质培养、实践能力培养、考核制度三个方面加以总结分析,提出具体教学措施,以期对现阶段的全科住培教学工作提供一些参考,探索出更适合中国特色医疗卫生服务的全科医生培养方法,推动全科住院医师规范化培训教育工作的进步,助力我国医疗卫生事业的蓬勃发展,推进健康中国的建设。General practitioners are the gatekeepers of community residents'health and play an important role in basic medical and health services.Their quantity and quality directly determine the quality and effectiveness of health services provided in China.How to cultivate highlevel and high-quality general practitioners is currently a bottleneck and challenge in medical education in China.The establishment of standardized training for general practitioners is a major initiative in cultivating general medical talents,aimed at helping general practitioners establish a more comprehensive medical knowledge system and standardized medical behavior standards,cultivating their self-learning,self-management,and self-improvement awareness,cultivating more outstanding talents for grassroots health and medical services.This article summarizes and analyzes the professional quality cultivation,practical ability cultivation,and assessment system of general practice training doctors,proposes specific teaching measures in order to provide some reference for the current general practice training teaching work,explore more suitable general practice training methods for Chinese characteristic medical and health services,promote the progress of standardized training and education for general practice resident doctors,and help the vigorous development of China's medical and health industry,promote the construction of a Healthy China.
