摘  要:成人高校作为成人学生最主要的受教育平台,承担着为地区和经济发展培养应用型人才的责任,是实施创新创业教育的重要载体。通过对某成人高校学生创新创业现状的调查,对成人学生在动机、认知、实践和需求等方面的特点进行分析和研究,从明确价值观导向和人才培养目标、构建多维度的课程体系、拓展实践性教学的多元功能和探索与职业教育的融合发展等方面提出成人学生创新创业教育优化路径的具体策略。As the main education platform for adult students,adult colleges and universities bear the responsibility of cultivating applied talents for regional and economic development and serve as an important carrier for implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through an investigation of the current state of innovation and entrepreneurship among students in a certain adult higher education institution,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of adult students in terms of motivation,cognition,practice,and needs.It proposes specific strategies for optimizing the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education for adult students,including clarifying value orientation and talent cultivation goals,constructing a multidimensional curriculum system,expanding the diverse functions of practical teaching,and exploring the integrated development with vocational education.
