摘  要:针对无砟轨道上拱病害,结合承轨台高度、钢筋混凝土保护层厚度等参数,提出打磨承轨台降低轨面高程的方法。通过有限元仿真方法分析承轨台受力性能,打磨后,外侧挡肩受承轨台长轴方向的压应力、外侧挡肩承轨槽底脚区域受承轨台长轴方向的拉应力均下降;通过螺旋道钉疲劳试验、抗拔力试验,验证了S1螺旋道钉与WJ-8型扣件预埋套管匹配的方式合理可行,打磨后承轨台抗拔力不低于60 kN,并可保持3 min以上。为验证打磨后承轨台质量,提出并采用轨底坡、承轨台廓形、表面平整度及打磨深度等关键指标进行评价。现场应用表明:仿形打磨CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道承轨台可有效降低轨面高程,最大打磨深度35 mm,并且其理论和方法可应用于CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道,最大打磨深度25 mm。In view of the upheaval defect of ballastless track,in combination with parameters such as the height of rail seat and the thickness of reinforced concrete protective layer,this paper proposes a method to reduce the rail surface elevation by grinding the rail seat.The mechanical performance of the rail seat is analyzed by finite element simulation method.After grinding,the compressive stress in the long axis direction of the rail seat on the outer shoulder and the tensile stress in the long axis direction of the rail seat on the footing area of the outer shoulder rail seat decrease.Through the fatigue test and pull-out resistance test of screw spikes,it is verified that the matching method between S1 screw spikes and embedded sleeves of WJ-8 fastenings is reasonable and feasible.The pull-out resistance of the rail seat after grinding is not less than 60 kN and can be maintained for more than 3 min.To evaluate the quality status of the rail seat after grinding,this paper proposes key indicators such as rail cant,rail seat profile,surface flatness and grinding depth.Field application indicates that profile grinding of CRTS II slab ballastless track rail seat can effectively reduce the rail surface elevation,with a maximum grinding depth of 35 mm,and its theory and method can be applied to CRTS III slab ballastless track,with a maximum grinding depth of 25 mm.
