摘　　要：创新型新医科人才培养离不开学生科研潜质的培育。在基础医学教育阶段的医学细胞生物学课程教学中,依托线上线下混合式教学模式,从科研兴趣激发、科研思维训练、科研能力锻炼和科研精神培养等多个方面,探索本科生科研潜质培育路径和方法,助力创新型新医科人才培养。The cultivation of innovative new medical personnel cannot be separated from the cultivation of students′research latent quality.In the teaching of Medical Cell Biology courses in the basic medical education stage,relying on a mixed teaching model of online and offline,we explore the cultivation path and methods of undergraduates′research latent quality from multiple aspects such as stimulating scientific research interest,training scientific research thinking,exercising scientific research ability,and cultivating scientific research spirit,to help cultivate innovative new medical personnel.
