摘　　要：目的探讨目标导向结合PBL教学法在手术室本科护生预防血源性职业暴露中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年1月在手术室实习的130名本科护生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65名。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用一对一的目标导向结合PBL教学法。结果两组入科理论、操作技能考核成绩及自我导向学习能力问卷评分比较差异无统计学意义,出科考核观察组各项得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论目标导向结合PBL教学法提高了手术室本科护生对血源性职业暴露的认知水平及防护能力,降低了感染风险,保障了临床操作安全,提升了手术室实习满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented combined with PBL teaching method in preventing bloodborne occupational exposure for nursing undergraduates in the operating room.Methods 130 nursing undergraduates who interned in the operating room from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 students in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching model,while the observation group received a one-on-one goal-oriented approach combined with PBL teaching method on the basis of the control group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of theoretical and operational skills assessment after enrolling the department and before graduating the department,as well as self-taught ability questionnaire between the two groups.However,the scores of the observation group in graduating from department assessment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Observation shows that the satisfaction with the teaching is higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of goal-oriented and PBL teaching methods has improved the cognitive level and protective ability of nursing undergraduates in the operating room towards bloodborne occupational exposure,reduced the risk of infection,ensured clinical operation safety,and enhanced the satisfaction of operating room internships.
