摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟联合角色扮演法在养老护理员技能培训中的应用效果。方法选择参加养老护理员技能培训的护生为研究对象,对照组采用传统培训法,观察组采用情景模拟联合角色扮演法。比较分析两组护生技能考核成绩、人性化护理能力、临床沟通能力及培训满意度。结果观察组护生技能考核成绩及优秀率、人性化护理能力、临床沟通能力、培训满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在养老护理员技能培训中采用情景模拟联合角色扮演法可有效提高护生人性化护理能力、沟通能力及培训满意度,增强培训效果。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation combined with role-playing method in skill training of elderly′s nurser.Methods Nursing students who participated in skills training for elderly nurser were selected as the research subjects.The control group received traditional training methods,while the observation group received scenario simulation combined with role-playing methods.Compared and analyzed nursing students′performance in two groups in skill assessment,humanized nursing ability,clinical communication ability,and training satisfaction.Results The performance and excellent rate of nursing skills assessment,humanized nursing ability,clinical communication ability,and training satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scenario simulation combined with role-playing in the skill training of eld-erly′s nurser can effectively improve nursing students′humanized nursing ability,communication ability,and training satisfaction,so as to enhance the training effect.
