摘 要:目的比较国内外近20年口腔医学教育研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法在中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WoS)数据库中检索2000—2023年发表的口腔医学教育相关文献,并进行可视化科学知识图谱分析。结果国内外有关口腔医学教育的文献逐年增加,近20年共发表文献6191篇。国内研究热点集中在“口腔医学”“教学改革”“教育”“医学教育”“口腔医师”等方面;研究前沿包括“改革”“循证医学”“实验教学”“实践教学”“培养模式”等。国外口腔医学教育研究热点集中在“oral health literacy”“dental education”“dental trauma”“special care dentistry”“medical management”等方面;研究前沿包括“clinical competence”“continuing professional development”“faculty development”“clinical education”“community-based dental education”等。结论国内口腔医学教育注重教育改革和教学效果的增强,但仍需要结合国情及借鉴国外先进理念、经验,高校与机构间加强合作。Objective To compare the status,hotspots,and development trends of dental education research at home and abroad in the past 20 years.Methods Retrieve relevant literature on dental education published between 2000 and 2023 from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WoS)databases,and conduct visual scientific knowledge graph analysis.Results The literature on dental education at home and abroad has been increasing year by year,with a total of 6,191 publications in the past 20 years.Domestic research hotspots focus on areas such as"dental""teaching reform""education""medical education"and"dentists".The research frontiers include"reform""evidence-based medicine""experimental teaching""practical teaching""training model",etc.The research hotspots of dental education abroad are concentrated in areas such as"oral health literacy""dental education""dental trauma""special care identity"and"medical management".The research frontiers include clinical competence,continuing professional development,"faculty development""clinical education"and"community-based dental education".Conclusion Domestic dental education focuses on educational reform and enhancing teaching effectiveness,but it still needs to be combined with national conditions and learn from advanced concepts and experiences abroad,and strengthen cooperation between universities and institutions.
