摘 要:目的探讨高职护理专业学生(以下简称护生)职业自我效能的潜在剖面,并分析各剖面的影响因素及其与职业认同感的关系。方法2023年10—11月,采用分层整群抽样法,在南疆某高职院校选取452名高职护生进行调查,并对职业自我效能的潜在剖面与职业认同感之间的关系进行分析。结果潜在剖面分析结果显示,依据职业自我效能高低将高职护生分为高职业自我效能组(73.7%)和低职业自我效能组(26.3%),多因素Logistic回归分析显示职业认同感对职业自我效能潜在类别有正向影响(OR=1.131,P<0.05)。结论职业认同感是影响护生职业自我效能的因素之一,护生职业认同感越高,职业自我效能越高。因此学校可根据高职护生职业自我效能的不同类别进行针对性职业教育,进一步提高高职护生的职业认同感。Objective To explore the latent profiles of occupational self-efficacy among higher vocational educated nursing students(hereinafter referred to as nursing students),and analyze the influencing factors of each profile and relationship with professional identity.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 452 nursing students from a certain higher vocational college in southern Xinjiang for investigation from October to November 2023,and the latent profiles of occupational self-efficacy and the relationship between occupational identity were analyzed.Results Latent profile analysis showed that nursing students were divided into higher occupational self-efficacy group(73.7%)and secondary occupational self-efficacy group(26.3%)based on their level of occupational self-efficacy.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that professional identity had a positive impact on the latent categories of occupational self-efficacy(OR=1.131,P<0.05).Conclusion Professional identity is one of the factors affecting nursing students′occupational self-efficacy,and the higher the professional identity of nursing students,the higher their occupational self-efficacy.So colleges should provide targeted vocational education based on nursing students′different categories of occupational self-efficacy,further enhancing their professional identity.
