摘  要:目的了解医学院校医学生医院感染防控(以下简称院感防控)临床思维能力现状及存在的问题,为培养医学生院感防控临床思维能力提供依据。方法采取整群抽样法选取某临床医学院长学制实习医学生为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果学习成绩、参加病例讨论频次、对临床思维知识的了解程度、对院感防控临床思维知识的了解程度是医学生院感防控临床思维能力的影响因素。结论医学生院感防控临床思维能力整体较强,批判性思维能力、系统性思维能力等仍需提高。Objective To learn the status and existing problems of medical students′clinical thinking ability in infection prevention and control of hospital infection(hereinafter referred to as nosocomial infection prevention and control),and to provide a basis for cu-ltivating medical students′clinical thinking ability in nosocomial infection prevention and control.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select medical interns of a clinical medical dean as the survey subjects for a questionnaire survey.Results Academic performance,frequency of participating in case discussions,level of learning of clinical thinking knowledge,and level of learning of clinical thinking knowledge in nosocomial infection prevention and control are the influencing factors of medical students′clinical thinking ability in nosocomial infection prevention and control.Conclusion The overall medical students′clinical thinking ability in infection prevention and control is good,but their critical thinking and systematic thinking abilities still need to be further improved.
