摘  要:目的调查住院医师规范化培训师资技能教学能力现状、影响因素及培训需求,为提升住培教学质量提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法于2023年4—5月对某三级甲等综合医院的住培师资进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括住培师资一般资料、住培师资技能教学能力自评情况、影响住培师资技能教学能力的因素、住培师资技能培训需求。结果住培师资技能教学能力与个人因素、基地因素显著相关,住培师资对技能培训的需求较高。结论住培师资技能教学能力整体处于中等水平,主要受自身技能基础薄弱、临床工作繁忙没有时间训练、技能中心开放时间不足等因素的影响,建议医院加大培训力度,采取多重措施提高师资技能教学能力,促进医院住培工作持续健康发展。Objective To investigate the status quo,influencing factors,and training needs of resident training faculty,and to provide reference for improving the quality of resident training.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in April-May 2023 using purposive sampling method on the resident training faculty of a tertiary general hospital,which included general information of resident training faculty,self-assessment of resident training faculty′s skills and teaching ability,factors affecting resident training faculty′s skills and teaching ability,and training demand for resident training faculty′s skills and training.Results Resident teachers′skill teaching ability was significantly correlated with personal factors and base factors,and resident teachers′demand for skill training was high.Conclusion The overall skill teaching ability of resident training teachers is at a medium level,which is mainly affected by the factors of weak skill foundation,busy clinical work,no time for training,and insufficient opening time of the skill center.It is suggested that hospitals should increase the training efforts and take multiple measures to improve the skill teaching ability of the teachers and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the hospital′s resident training work.
