摘　　要：随着教育理念的不断进步,系统教学法逐渐受到教育界的广泛关注。系统教学法的基本理念在于将教学视为一个完整的系统,通过逐步对系统进行剖析,最终实现对要素个体的深入理解。而《公司战略与风险管理》是一门拓宽视野、丰富思维、实践性较强的管理类课程,着重分析讨论企业具体经营策略与发展战略问题。将系统教学法应用其中,不仅可以有效提升教学效果,还能增强学生的实践能力。对此,本文通过阐述现存不足,重构教学思想,进而探究系统教学法的内容及实施,以期帮助学生全面、系统地掌握知识和技能。With the continuous advancement of educational concepts,systematic teaching methods have gradually received widespread attention from the education industry.The basic concept of systematic teaching method is to view teaching as a complete system,gradually analyze the system,and ultimately achieve a deep understanding of individual components.And'Corporate Strategy and Risk Management'is a management course that broadens horizons,enriches thinking,and has strong practicality,focusing on analyzing and discussing specific business and development strategies of enterprises.Applying systematic teaching methods can not only effectively improve teaching effectiveness,but also enhance students'practical abilities.In this regard,this article elaborates on the existing shortcomings,reconstructs teaching ideas,and explores the content and implementation of systematic teaching methods,in order to help students comprehensively and systematically master knowledge and skills.
