摘 要:医学院校教师作为医学院校开展创新创业教育活动的关键主体,是学生成长的引领者和指导者,在创新创业高素质人才培养中承担着重要的责任和使命。从责任伦理视角分析医学院校教师创新素养的构成,有利于明确教师创新素养提升目标,增强教师的创新责任意识。责任伦理视角下医学院校教师创新素养的构成内容主要包括基于成长责任的探究意识、基于自为责任的实践本领、基于目标责任的求是思想、基于导向责任的发展思维、基于开拓责任的创造能力、基于团队责任的协作观念、基于职业责任的育人情怀等。建设具有良好创新素养的责任型医学院校师资队伍,对于促进学生全面发展和提升医学院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。As the key subject of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities in medical colleges,medical school teachers are the leaders of student growth and bear important responsibilities and missions in cultivating high-quality talents in innovation and entrepreneurship.Analyzing the composition of innovative literacy among medical school teachers from the perspective of responsibility ethics is conducive to clarifying the goals of improving teacher innovative literacy and enhancing their awareness of innovative responsibility.The composition of innovative literacy among medical school teachers from the perspective of responsibility ethics mainly includes exploratory awareness based on growth responsibility,practical skills based on self responsibility,realistic thinking based on goal responsibility,development thinking based on directional responsibility,creative ability based on pioneering responsibility,collaborative concept based on team responsibility,and educational sentiment based on professional responsibility.Building a responsible medical college faculty with good innovation literacy is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of students and improving the quality of talent cultivation in medical colleges.
