高校冶金工程专业强化劳动教育的课程建设与改革路径

摘　　要：冶金是国民经济发展不可或缺的重要基础和工业化支柱,为航空航天、国防军工等重大战略工程提供关键原材料。建设冶金科技强国,推进冶金工业高质量发展是保障国家安全、应对国际竞争的重要支撑。因此,高校冶金工程专业面向国家的战略需求,强化相关专业的劳动教育对人才的培养具有重要意义。阐述了劳动教育的内涵及对人才培养的重要意义,分析了高校冶金工程专业在劳动教育方面存在的问题,论述了劳动教育与思想政治教育、艺术教育的关联性及加强上述教育的协同对创新型人才培养的意义,提出了强化冶金工程专业课程中劳动教育的改革路径,为相关专业劳动教育课程的开展提供参考。Metallurgy is an indispensable foundation for national economic development and a pillar of industrialization,providing key raw materials for major strategic projects such as aerospace,national defense and military industry.Building a strong country in metallurgical science and technology and promoting the highquality development of metallurgical industry are important supports for ensuring national security and coping with international competition.Therefore,the metallurgical engineering major in universities is oriented towards the strategic needs of the country,and strengthening labor education in related majors is of great significance for talent cultivation.This article elaborates on the connotation of labor education and its important significance for talent cultivation,analyzes the problems existing in labor education in metallurgical engineering majors in universities,discusses the correlation between labor education,ideological and political education,art education,and the significance of strengthening the coordination of the above education in cultivating innovative talents.It proposes a reform path to strengthen labor education in the curriculum of metallurgical engineering majors,providing reference for the development of labor education courses in relevant majors.
