摘　　要：以社会主义核心价值观为引领发展我国大学生职业生涯教育,是大学需要深入思考和加强建设的方面。在大学生职业生涯教育中以社会主义核心价值观为引领,是弥补当前大学生职业生涯教育本土化不足的有效路径,可以完善我国大学生职业生涯教育理论与实践,保证我国大学生职业生涯教育的正确方向。以社会主义核心价值观为引领发展我国大学生职业生涯教育,需要从人的全面发展、以“三观”引导为先导、内在动力激发、教育系统性设计等方面,分析社会主义核心价值观引领我国大学生职业生涯教育的理论内涵,深入挖掘在国家、社会、个人三个层面的理论和实践联系,并指导我国大学生职业生涯教育实践。Taking socialist core values as the guide to develop college students’career education is an aspect that universities need to think deeply and construct.Taking socialist core values as the guidance in college students’career education is an effective way to make up for the lack of localization of college students’career education,which can improve the theory and practice of college students’career education and ensure the correct direction of college students’career education.To develop the career education of college students in China with the guidance of socialist core values,it is necessary to analyze the theoretical connotation of the career education of college students guided by socialist core values from the aspects of“all-round development of people”“guided by the three views”“inspired by internal motivation”and“systematic design of education”,dig deep into the theoretical and practical relations between the two at the national,social and individual levels and guide the practice of career education for Chinese college students.
