摘 要:高职院校教学质量监控体系是保障和提升高职教育质量的重要手段,但目前我国高职院校教学质量监控体系还存在诸多问题和不足,亟须进行构建与完善。以PDCA循环理论为指导,分析高职院校教学质量监控体系的现状和问题,提出了基于PDCA循环理论的高职院校教学质量监控体系构建与完善的路径和策略,具体包括计划阶段、执行阶段、检查阶段和处理阶段。对推动高职院校教学质量监控体系的科学化、规范化、系统化和动态化,提升高职院校教学质量和水平,具有一定的理论指导和实践参考价值。The teaching quality monitoring system in vocational colleges is an important means to ensure and improve the quality of vocational education.However,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the teaching quality monitoring system in vocational colleges in China,which urgently needs to be constructed and improved.This article,guided by the PDCA cycle theory,analyzes the current situation and problems of the teaching quality monitoring system in vocational colleges.It proposes the path and strategy for constructing and improving the teaching quality monitoring system in vocational colleges based on the PDCA cycle theory,including the planning stage,execution stage,inspection stage,and processing stage.This article has certain theoretical guidance and practical reference value for promoting the scientific,standardized,systematic,and dynamic monitoring system of teaching quality in vocational colleges,and improving the quality and level of teaching in vocational colleges.
