摘 要:探讨PBL联合情境模拟教学模式在护理学生肿瘤内科实习中的教学效果。选择81名在青海大学附属医院肿瘤内科实习的学生作为研究对象,时间跨度为2021年3月至10月。比较两组理论知识和临床实践技能考核评分,并进行总体评价。结果显示,在这项研究中,与对照组相比,观察组在理论基础、实践技能以及对教学成效的评估上表现更佳,这一差异在统计学上具有显著性(p<0.05)。因此,通过应用PBL联合情境模拟教学模式,肿瘤学专业实习生的理论基础及临床操作能力得到了显著增强。这种方法有效提高了临床护理的教育质量。To explore the teaching effect of PBL in nursing students,eighty-one students practiced in the medical oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from March to October 2021.The two groups of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills were compared,and overall evaluation was parallel.In this study,the observation group performed better in theoretical basis,practical skills,and assessment of teaching effectiveness compared to the control group,and this difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Through the teaching mode of combining PBL and situational simulation,the theoretical basis and clinical operation ability of interns majoring in oncology have been significantly enhanced.This approach has effectively improved the educational quality of clinical care.
