“双创”背景下高职艺术设计专业的产教融合人才培养模式研究

摘  要:在“双创”背景下,高职艺术设计专业面临着将教育内容与产业需求融合的挑战。本文阐释产教融合人才培养模式的内涵、特点,分析资源配置不均衡、实践教学与行业脱节、师资力量匮乏和学生双创实践能力不足等关键问题,提出加大资源投入和优化配置、强化校企合作、更新教学内容、提升教师素质和专业能力,以及强化培养学生的创新思维和创业能力等策略。以期有效提升高职艺术设计专业的教育质量,培养适应产业发展的高质量艺术设计双创人才。In the context of""double innovation",vocational art and design majors face the challenge of integrating educational content with industry needs.This paper explains the connotation and characteristics of the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education,analyzes key issues such as uneven resource allocation,disconnection between practical teaching and industry,shortage of teaching staff,and insufficient student innovation and entrepreneurship practical ability,and proposes strategies such as increasing resource investment and optimizing allocation,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,updating teaching content,improving teacher quality and professional ability,and strengthening the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability.It is hoped to effectively improve the educational quality of vocational art and design majors and cultivate high-quality art and design innovation and entrepreneurship talents that adapt to industrial development.
