摘  要:在职教精神视域下,高职院校针对教师团队的培养可以将工匠精神与“双师”型教师的培育进行融合。职业教育工作的开展以工匠技艺的传承为基础,培育学生的各项能力,因此从定位的角度上看“双师”型教师的培育与职教精神的融合可以达到完美的效果。“双师”型教师在培育的过程中既要提高其理论基础,也要提高其技能水平,这样教师在教育教学工作落实上才能使课堂教学更加精湛。“双师”型教师的培育可以使现代化职业教育得到新的发展,这有利于提高我国职业教育工作开展的质量和水平。From the perspective of vocational education spirit,the training of teachers in higher vocational colleges can integrate the spirit of craftsman with the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers.The development of vocational education is based on the inheritance of craftsman skills and cultivates students'various abilities.Therefore,from the perspective of positioning,the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers and the integration of vocational education spirit can achieve perfect results.In the process of cultivating"double-qualified"teachers should not only improve their theoretical basis,but also improve their skills level,so that teachers can make classroom teaching more exquisite in the implementation of education and teaching work.The cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers can make the new development of modern vocational education,which is conducive to improving the quality and level of vocational education in China.
