摘 要:社会经济的飞速发展对职业教育提出了更高的要求,而高职院校作为培养专业化、技术型人才的重要阵地,需要不断革新教学模式。在工学结合模式下,高职英语教学已经取得一定的效果,但教学理念相对滞后、课程内容针对性不足、教师综合能力有待提高等问题明显。为此,高职院校更新教学理念,把握教学方向;转化教学方式,确保教学实效;加强团队建设,凝聚教学力量,以期有效培养学生的实践能力,使其成为专业能力强、综合素养高的复合型人才,推动职业教育高质量发展。The rapid development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for vocational education,and higher vocational colleges,as an important position to cultivate professional and technical talents,need to constantly innovate the teaching mode.Under the mode of combining work with study,English teaching in higher vocational colleges has achieved certain results,but the teaching concept is relatively lagging behind,the content is insufficient in the course,and the comprehensive ability of teachers needs to be improved.To this end,higher vocational colleges update the teaching idea,grasp the teaching direction;transform the teaching method,ensure the teaching effectiveness;strengthen the team building,gather the teaching strength,in order to effectively cultivate students'practical ability,make them become compound talents with strong professional ability and high comprehensive quality,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
