摘  要:“食品工程原理”是江苏海洋大学食品科学与工程专业的专业基础课,在本科阶段第四学期授课。江苏海洋大学食品科学与工程专业通过工程教育专业认证,是国家一流本科专业建设点、省级产教融合专业。基于专业培养方案对专业基础课的要求,“食品工程原理”课程坚持“以生为本”,着重培养学生识别、判断、表达与解决复杂工程问题的能力。根据“食品工程原理”课程特点和成果导向的教育理念,对课程思政进行了总体设计,将课程目标和思政目标有机融合,并总结了具体教学案例,目的在于充分发挥食品工程原理专业基础课程的育人作用,实现“三全育人”。Food Engineering Principles is a core course for Food Science and Engineering major.It is taught in the fourth semester of undergraduate study.Food Science and Engineering Major of our school has passed engineering education professional certification,and is National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Points and Industry and Education Integration Major of Jiangsu.Based on the requirements of professional training program of Food Science and Engineering Major for professional basic courses,this course adheres to“student-oriented”and focuses on cultivating students’ability to identify,judge,express and solve complex engineering problems.Overall design of educational cases for the course of Food Engineering Principles is put forward,course objectives and curriculum ideology and politics objectives are integrated,and specific teaching cases were summarized based on the characteristics of the course of Food Engineering Principles and the idea of Outcome-based Education(OBE).The purpose of this article is to fully leverage the educational role of professional basic course of Food Engineering Principles,and achieve the goal of“three-wide education”.
