摘　　要：学生干部队伍建设是高职院校团学工作中的一项重要内容,关系到学生管理工作的有力实施、思想政治工作的有效开展、校园文化活动的有序组织。当前高职院校学生干部队伍存在稳定性不高、管理和培训不足、能力和意识不强、工作态度不端正等问题。因此,在新时代背景下,面对新形势、新群体、新要求,需要从明确建设指导思想、统筹谋划建设体系、全面提升能力培养、切实加强科学管理、有效开展激励工作、全力做好建设保障等方面,进一步加强高职院校学生干部队伍建设。The development of student cadre teams is a crucial aspect of student organization work in vocational colleges,closely related to the effective implementation of student management,the efficient conduct of ideological and political work,and the orderly organization of campus cultural activities.At present,there are some problems among the student cadre team of higher vocational colleges,such as low stability,insufficient management and training,weak ability and consciousness,and improper work attitude.Therefore,in the new era,facing the new situation,new groups,and new requirements,we need to make clear the guiding ideology of construction,plan the construction system,improve the ability training comprehensively,strengthen the scientific management,carry out the incentive work effectively,do our best to ensure the construction guarantee and so on to further strengthen the construction of student cadre team in higher vocational colleges.
