摘 要:为了保证现代舰船的隐身性能,降低船用设备、仪器仪表等装置通过机脚向外界辐射噪声的水平,船用设备与船体之间一般采用隔振系统进行柔性连接。针对目前船用隔振平台在较大纵/横倾时为限制平台因位移较大而与船体碰撞的问题,通常另外设计机械锁紧方式,在较大纵/横倾时将隔振平台锁紧,这种方式虽然保证了安全,但造成了声短路问题,大大降低了隔振平台的性能。基于此,提出一种含导向装置的模块化主动式船用隔振装置,并建立其动力学模型,搭建硬件在环试验,对其隔振特性和主动控制策略进行了研究,仿真结果验证了所提出的隔振装置方案和控制策略的有效性与方案的工程可行性。In order to ensure the stealth performance of modern ships and reduce the noise level radiated by marine equipment,instruments and meters to the outside through the machine feet,the vibration isolation system is generally used for flexible connection between marine equipment and ship hull.At present,in order to limit the collision between the platform and the hull due to large displacement when the marine vibration isolation platform has a large longitudinal/transverse tilt,a mechanical locking method is usually designed to lock the vibration isolation platform at large longitudinal/transverse tilt.This method ensures safety,but causes the problem of acoustic short circuit and greatly reduces the performance of the vibration isolation platform.A modular active marine vibration isolation device with guide device is proposed,and its dynamic model is established.A hardware-in-the-loop test is set up to study the vibration isolation characteristics and active control strategy.The simulation results verify the effectiveness and engineering feasibility of the proposed vibration isolation device scheme and control strategy.
