摘  要:深层气井钻进过程中,受到施工扰动和深层复杂地质条件的影响,现有方法很难准确描述井筒内的温压场变化。鉴于随钻实时监测和异常工况预警对精确描述温度场的迫切需求,使用集合卡尔曼滤波(Ensemble Kalman Filter,EnKF)和全井段传热分析相结合的方法,将实钻数据与传热模型融合同化,建立了一种适用于川西盆地高温气井井筒实时温度场监测和自修正分析的模型,并加以实例验证。结果表明:基于EnKF同化后的输出值及各项热温参数会随着测点迭代,修正结果逐渐精确。自修正技术在钻井井筒传热实时监测作业中的应用,提高了井下温压监测的准确度,可以满足更多钻井工况。During drilling of deep gas wells,it is difficult to accurately describe the temperature and pressure field changes in the wellbore by existing methods due to the influence of drilling disturbance and complex geology in deep formation.In view of the urgent need to accurately describe the temperature distribution in real-time monitoring of drilling conditions and early warning of abnormal conditions,a method combining Ensemble Kalman Filter(EnKF)and whole-well section heat transfer analysis is used to integrate drilling data and heat transfer model,and a model suitable for real-time temperature field monitoring and self-correcting analysis of high temperature gas wells in the western Sichuan Basin was established and verified by an example.Results show that the output values and various thermal and temperature parameters based on EnKF assimilation will gradually become more accurate as the measurement points are iterated.The application of the self-correction technology in real-time monitoring of heat transfer in wellbore improves the accuracy of downhole temperature and pressure monitoring,which can meet more drilling conditions.
