摘  要:目的分析呼吸内科护理管理中应用激励式管理策略联合绩效考核的效果。方法选取山东省寿光市人民医院呼吸内科28名护士为研究对象。2022年1月—2023年1月采用常规管理,为管理前,2023年2月—2024年1月采用激励式管理策略联合绩效考核,为管理后。对比管理前后护士的护理质量、管理满意度、倦怠感评分。结果管理后护士的护理质量、管理满意度评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护士情感枯竭评分为(23.14±2.41)分、去人格化评分为(5.64±1.25)分,低于管理前的(29.25±3.58)分、(8.14±1.14)分,个人成就感评分为(37.08±1.58)分,高于管理前的(30.25±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.492、7.819、19.273,P均<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中采取激励式管理策略联合绩效考核,提升护士护理质量,降低工作倦怠感。Objective To study the effect of incentive management strategy combined with performance appraisal in respiratory nursing management.Methods Twenty-eight nurses from Department of Respiratory Medicine of Shouguang People's Hospital in Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.Routine management was used from January 2022 to January 2023 as the pre-management period,and incentive management strategy combined with performance appraisal was used from February 2023 to January 2024 as the post-management period.Quality of care,management satisfaction,and burnout scores of nurses before and after management were compared.Results The quality of care and management satisfaction scores of the nurses after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of emotional exhaustion nurses after management was 23.14±2.41,the score of depersonalization was 5.64±1.25,which were lower than 29.25±3.58 and 8.14±1.14 before management,and the score of personal accomplishment after management was 37.08±1.58,which was higher than 30.25±1.01 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.492,7.819,19.273,all P<0.05).Conclusion In respiratory medicine nursing management in the adoption of incentive management strategies combined with performance appraisal can improve the quality of nursing care and reduce burnout.
