案例教学法在心血管内科临床教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探究心血管内科教学中应用案例教学法的作用。方法选取2023年1—12月宜兴市人民医院实习的150名住院医师规范化培训(住培)学生及实习生作为研究对象。根据教学方法不同分为案例组(n=75)、参照组(n=75)。参照组给予常规教学方法,案例组给予案例教学方法。比较两组的学生考核成绩、学习效果及教学满意程度。结果案例组学生考核成绩中理论知识(34.52±1.51)分、病例分析(23.84±1.88)分、实操能力(23.65±1.91)分高于参照组的(29.33±2.06)分、(18.61±2.45)、(18.36±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.598、14.667、14.025,P均<0.05);案例组学习效果中学习主动性、学习兴趣、表达能力、自学能力及临床思维评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);案例组教学满意程度中教学内容、教学方法、学习效果及教学态度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论案例教学法能够改善心血管内科临床实习生及规培生的考核成绩,可提高学习效果及教学满意度。Objective To explore the role of case teaching method in cardiovascular internal medicine education.Methods A total of 150 standardized training for medical residents(trainees)and interns from Yixing People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups based on different teaching methods:the case group(n=75)and the reference group(n=75).The reference group received conventional teaching methods,while the case group was taught by the case teaching method.Compare the exam scores,learning effectiveness and teaching satisfaction levels between the two groups.Results In the case group,students'assessment scores in theoretical knowledge was 34.52±1.51,case analysis was 23.84±1.88,and practical skills was 23.65±1.91,were higher than 29.33±2.06,18.61±2.45 and 18.36±2.65 in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.598,14.667,14.025,all P<0.05).In terms of learning outcomes,the case group scored higher in learning initiative,interest in learning,expression ability,self-study ability,and clinical thinking than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).As for teaching satisfaction,the scores for teaching content,teaching methods,learning effects,and teaching attitude in the case group were all higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can improve the assessment results of clinical interns and regular trainees in cardiovascular medicine,improve the learning effect,and strengthen the teaching satisfaction degree.
