摘 要:目的探讨应用病案导学式教学法开展血液科教学工作的效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年1月在南京医科大学第一附属医院(江苏省人民医院)2018级本科班学生共73名作为对照组,采用常规教学模式;同时选取2019级本科班学生共73名作为研究组,采用病案导学式教学法。比较两组学生的考试成绩、学习能力、教学满意度。结果教学后,两组学生的考试成绩均有提高,且研究组理论知识、实践操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教学后,两组学生的学习能力均有提升,且研究组学习能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生的教学满意度为94.52%(69/73),高于对照组的78.08%(57/73),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.844,P<0.05)。结论将病案导学式教学法应用到血液科教学中,可提高学生的成绩,帮助学生提高学习能力,整体教学效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of medical record-guided teaching method in hematology teaching.Meth-ods In the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University(Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital)from Septem-ber 2019 to January 2020,a total of 73 students in the undergraduate class of 2018 were selected as the control group,and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.At total of 73 students from the 2019 undergraduate class were se-lected as the study group,and the medical record-guided learning teaching method was adopted.The test scores,learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results After teaching,the test scores of the two groups were improved,and the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Af-ter teaching,the learning ability of the two groups of students was improved,and the learning ability of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the students in the study group was 94.52%(69/73),which was higher than 78.08%(57/73)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.844,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the medical record-guided teaching method to the teaching of hematology can improve students'performance,help students im-prove their learning ability,and the overall teaching effect is better.
