摘 要:目的分析护士分层次管理模式在呼吸与危重症医学科的应用效果。方法选取2023年5月—2024年4月赤峰松山医院呼吸与危重症医学科16名护士为研究对象。按照管理模式的不同分成对照组(2023年5月—10月呼吸与危重症医学科护士进行常规管理)和观察组(2023年11月—2024年4月呼吸与危重症医学科护士进行分层次管理),两组护理人员均为同一批工作人员。比较两组护理工作质量评分、护理考核与护理人员职业倦怠评分及护理人员工作价值评分。结果观察组护士护理工作质量(护理服务、住院环境、病房管理、护理操作、护患沟通、人文关怀、护理安全、文案书写、消毒隔离)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组操作能力评分为(94.30±2.03)分、理论知识为(95.50±2.10)分,均高于对照组的(88.70±2.20)、(90.05±2.30),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。职业倦怠(个人成就感、去人格化、情绪耗竭)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理人员工作价值(团结性、积极性、医护关系、工作效率、工作条理、专业发展、自我价值满足、年轻护士成长)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论护士分层次管理模式在呼吸与危重症医学科的应用整体管理效果理想。Objective To analyze the application effect of nurse hierarchical management mode in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department.Methods A total of 16 nurses in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Chifeng Songshan Hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes of the department,they were divided into control group(routine management of nurses in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine from May to October 2023)and observation group(hierarchical management of nurses in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine from November 2023 to April 2024).The two groups of nursing staff were the same staff.The nursing work quality score,nursing assessment,nursing staff job burnout score and nursing staff work value score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality(nursing service,hospitalization environment,ward management,nursing operation,nurse-patient communication,humanistic care,nursing safety,copywriting,disinfection and isolation score)in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The operating ability score and theoretical knowledge score of the observation group were 94.30±2.03 and 95.50±2.10,which were higher than those of the control group 88.70±2.20 and 90.05±2.30,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of job burnout(personal achievement,depersonalization and emotional exhaus-tion)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of work value(solidarity,enthusiasm,doctor-nurse relationship,work efficiency,work organization,professional development,self-worth satisfaction,and young nurse growth)of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The overal
