摘  要:本文深入分析了神经内科进修医师的特点,包括其专业水平参差不齐、人员类别多样以及学习目的各异等,并在此基础上进一步探究了针对神经内科进修医师的教育教学培训措施。通过本研究,制订更为科学有效的神经内科进修医师教育教学管理对策,如实施导师负责制、量化考评管理、注重人文关怀以及利用互联网平台辅助教学等,以期不断提升进修医生的医疗水平,为社会培养出既具备专业素养又充满人文关怀的神经内科医师。This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of neurology physicians,including their uneven professional level,diverse personnel categories and different learning purposes,and further explores the education and training measures for neurology physicians.Through this study,develop more scientific and effective neurology training physi-cian education teaching management countermeasures,such as the implementation of mentor responsibility system,quantitative evaluation management,pay attention to humanistic care and use the Internet platform auxiliary teaching,in order to enhance the level of medical doctor,for the society to develop both professional and full of humanistic care of neurology physicians.
