战术意识在高校篮球训练中的培养与应用

摘　　要：战术意识是运动员面对突发与复杂的情况下进行准确判断,并且迅速作出合理决策的能力。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对战术意识在高校篮球训练中的培养与应用进行分析,研究认为:战术意识在高校篮球训练中能够提升比赛表现、增强团队协作、适应比赛变化、培养篮球智慧。将战术意识融入高校篮球训练中的培养方法有:深化学生战术意识的理论基础、丰富学生篮球赛事的实战演练、注重学生篮球战术意识的专项训练、提高学生篮球战术意识的心理素质的培养方法。进而提出以下应用措施:提高篮球竞技的观察与判断能力、合理利用篮球区域位置与空间、把握篮球进攻与防守节奏变化、提升篮球队伍的团队默契。Tactical awareness is the ability of athletes to make accurate judgment and make reasonable decisions in sudden and complex situations.The cultivation and application of tactical awareness in college basketball training are analyzed by using methods of Literature Review,Expert Interview and Logic Analysis.The research believes that:Tactical awareness in college basketball training can improve the game performance,enhance teamwork,adapt to the changes of the game and cultivate basketball wisdom.The cultivation methods of integrating tactical awareness into college basketball training include:eepen the theoretical foundation of students'tactical awareness,enrich the practical exercises of students'basketball game,pay attention to the special training of students'basketball tactical awareness,and improve the cultivation methods of students'psychological quality of basketball tactical awareness.Furthermore,the following application measures are proposed:improve the observation and judgment of basketball competition,rationally use the position and space of basketball area,grasp the change of basketball attack and defense rhythm,and improve the tacit understanding of the basketball team.
