摘　　要：新时代助力新师范,也对师范教育提出了新要求。邢台学院作为地方本科院校,扎根本土基础教育,在“传承、发展、创新”基础上,探索新师范实践之路,提出新目标、新人才培养设计与实现路径。地方本科院校新师范建设要形成政治站位高、师德浓、专业优、开放深、技术新与特色明的新目标;培养具有家国情怀、终身学习与创新能力、国际视野的高素质人才;在实现路径上,要完善内涵建设,构建U-U-G-S教师教育新生态,以师范专业认证助推专业内涵提升,突出学科特色建设,激发教师队伍活力。The new era motivates new normal education,but also puts forward new requirements for normal education.Xingtai University,as a local university,is rooted in local basic education,and based on“inheritance,development and innovation”.It explores the road of new normal education practice,putting forward the design and realization path of new goal and new talent cultivation.The construction of new normal schools in local undergraduate universities should form new goals of high political stance,strong teacher’s ethics,excellent specialty,deep degree of openness,new technology and distinctive features.Also,it should train high-quality talents with devotion to their family and country,lifelong learning and innovation ability,and international vision.In the realization path,it is necessary to improve the connotation construction,promote the coordination of quality improvement,construct a new ecology of U-U-G-S teacher education,promote the professional connotation under normal major professional certification,highlight the construction of subject characteristics,and stimulate the vitality of teachers.
