摘  要:课程思政建设是高校落实立德树人教育理念的重要举措。本文基于高职食品加工类专业课程思政建设中存在的专业层面缺乏系统化设计、专业课程思政资源建设不足、课程思政评价体系不健全及教师思政教育水平有待提高等问题,提出加强专业层面系统设计、强化课程思政资源建设、健全课程思政评价体系及提升课程思政教学水平等对策,以期为高职食品加工类专业课程思政改革创新提供参考。Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important measure for colleges and universities to implement the idea of moral education.Based on the problems of lack of systematic design at the professional level,insufficient construction of ideological and political resources of professional courses,imperfect ideological and political evaluation system of professional courses,and the need to improve the level of ideological and political education of teachers,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the system design at the professional level,strengthening the construction of curriculum ideological and political resources,improving the curriculum ideological and political evaluation system and improving the level of curriculum ideological and political teaching,in order to provide reference for the ideological and political reform and innovation of higher vocational food processing professional courses.
