摘　　要：第二轮“双一流”建设的两大价值导向是人才自主培养导向和服务国家战略导向。“双一流”建设高校要强化一流学科特色内涵建设,全面提升人才自主培养能力。实施学科融合育人、科教融合育人和产教融合育人,是“双一流”建设的有效策略。The two value orientations of the second round of"double first-class"construction are the orientation of independent training of talents and the orientation of serving the national strategy.Universities included in the"double first-class project"should strengthen the construction of characteristics and connotation of first-class disciplines,and comprehensively improve the ability to train talents independently.It is an effective strategy of"double first-class project"to carry out integration of disciplines,integration of science and education,and integration of production and education.
