教育评价改革背景下高职学生应急基本技能评价体系探究

摘  要:结合教育评价改革的先进理念,提出了一种以实践为核心的新型评价体系,强调能力本位、跨学科整合和心理素质培养。围绕智能科技融合、跨界能力培养、心理人文并重、社区实践链接、体系动态优化,构建了全方位的应急基本技能评价体系。这一体系旨在确保高职学生应急基本技能评价的客观性和准确性,推动高职教育高质量发展,培养适应未来社会需求的复合型技能人才。A new practice-oriented evaluation system that emphasizes competency-based,interdisciplinary integration and men⁃tal quality training is proposed in conjunction with the advanced concepts of education evaluation reform.Focusing on integration of intelligent science and technology,cross-border ability training,equal emphasis on psychology and culture,community prac⁃tice linkage and dynamic optimization of the system,an all-round emergency base skill evaluation system is established.The sys⁃tem serves to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation of emergency base skill of higher vocational students,promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education and cultivate compound skilled talents to meet the needs of the fu⁃ture society.
