摘　　要：职业学校提升关键办学能力,能够提升学生的就业能力,为社会输送高质量人才。但目前,一些职业学校专业核心课程与优质教材适应性不足,数字化与智慧教育平台推广和应用能力不强,面向新业态、新职业、新岗位开展技术技能培训效果有限。对此,职业学校要精心打造核心课程与优质教材,加强数字化与智慧教育平台的推广和应用,提升针对新业态、新职业、新岗位的技术技能培训效果。此外,要采取强化政策支持与资金保障、深化校企合作、建立和完善质量监控机制等三方面的综合策略。Vocational colleges have improved their key schooling capabilities,which can enhance the employability of students and deliver high-quality talents to society.However,at present,some vocational schools'core curricula and quality teaching materials are not adaptable enough,the promotion and application of digital and intelligent education platforms are not strong,and the effect of technical skills training for new industries,new occupations and new positions is limited.In this regard,vocational colleges should elaborate core curricula and high-quality teaching materials,strengthen the promotion and application of digital and intelligent education platforms,and enhance the effectiveness of technical skills training for new industries,new occupations and new jobs.In addition,there is need to comprehensively implement strategies in three areas:strengthening policy support and financial guarantee,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and establishing and improving quality monitoring mechanisms.
