中国外语学习者话语能力模型的建构与实施——兼论《德语演讲教程》的编写理念

摘　　要：在当前的国际交往中,我国青年在谈及中国社会文化时常面临叙事难题,话语能力亟须提升。本研究基于对现有话语能力理论的梳理,结合我国外语教育目标,建构TSSI话语能力模型,包含语篇能力、社会/文化能力、策略能力、跨文化意识四个维度。该模型指导“理解当代中国”系列教材《德语演讲教程》的编写,为将个人话语能力培养融入学科教学提供思路,有益于课程设计、教学改革等工作。In the current international interactions,Chinese young people often face narrative challenges when discussing Chinese sociocultural issues.There is an urgent need to enhance their discourse competence.This study,based on the theoretical review of discourse competence theory,and in conjunction with the goals of China’s foreign language education,constructs the TSSI Discourse Competence Model,which consists of four aspects:text competence,social/cultural competence,strategic competence,and intercultural awareness.This model guides the compilation of the textbook?魻ffentliches Reden(Public Speaking in German)in the“Understanding Contemporary China”series,provides ideas for integrating individual discourse competence into subject teaching,and benefits work such as curriculum design and teaching reform.
